This policy explains which cookies forense360.es uses, what each one is for, how long it stays on your device, and how you can accept them, reject them or change your mind at any time.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used, for example, to keep a session open, to protect a form against fraudulent submissions, or to allow an external provider to recognise your browser from one visit to the next.
The use of cookies in Spain is governed by article 22.2 of Act 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI), and the processing of any personal data derived from them by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
2. How we ask for your consent
The first time you visit this site, a notice appears at the bottom of the screen with three options of the same size and the same visibility: accept all, reject all and configure. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting.
Until you expressly accept the relevant category, no third-party script is downloaded or executed: it is not that the cookies are installed and then deleted, it is that the code that would install them never loads. The only cookies present before your decision are the necessary ones described below.
Rejecting does not limit your browsing of the site. The only difference is that the contact form, which is served by an external provider, is replaced by our email address.
3. Cookies we use
3.1 Necessary cookies (always active)
These are essential for the site to work and to remember the decision you make about the rest. They are first-party cookies, they do not track your activity, they do not build profiles and they are not shared with anyone. They are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI, which is why they cannot be switched off from the preferences panel.

3.2 Marketing and third-party cookies (off by default)
The contact form on this site is served by HubSpot. When you accept this category, the HubSpot script loads and that provider sets the cookies below, which allow it to recognise your browser across visits and correctly attribute the form submission.

Accepting this category may involve an international transfer of data to HubSpot, Inc. (United States), although the form on this site is configured on its European infrastructure. You can find the details of the processing and the applicable safeguards in the HubSpot privacy policy.
If the newsletter is activated in the future, its cookies will be added to this same category and detailed in this table before any new script is loaded.
4. How to withdraw or change your consent
You can change your mind whenever you like, and doing so is as easy as giving consent was. The "Cookie preferences" link is permanently available in the footer of every page, or you can open the panel directly from here:
When you withdraw consent for the marketing category, any cookies HubSpot had set are deleted automatically and the page reloads so that its scripts stop running.
You can also review, block or delete cookies already stored from your own browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Note that if you delete the cc_cookie cookie we will ask you again on your next visit.
